I had planned on purchasing a used car in the spring because of the bad winter weather we've had. Today was the first beautiful day we had and it was the perfect day to check out some used cars at Plane because of the bad winter weather we've had. Today was the first beautiful day we had and it was the perfect day to check out some used cars at Planet Honda. I had a budget I wanted to make sure I stuck to. Upon arriving at the dealership we were told where we could find the certified used cars and proceeded to look at some of the cars on the lot. Our salesman Danny was very laid back and explained to us that if we found something we liked to let him know. The best part was there was no pressure and we didn't have a bunch of salesmen following our every step. We were really just looking. The car we found was the perfect car and my husband said to jump on it since he felt it wouldn't be on the lot very long. Danny came over and answered our questions. We told him we wanted to get a good trade for our Camry. He worked with us and his team were just as considerate and helpful. It seemed like a long process but in the end I drove away in my beautiful 2012 Honda Civic. Our financial Business Manager Levie went over all the paperwork and explained in easy terms what I can expect with my payments and warranties on the car. He was great and very professional. I highly recommend Planet Honda in Union, NJ. It may seem like long process, in the end it is so worth it. Thank You Danny & Levie and the whole team. When I reported to Honda for my appointment to address my lease (where opted to purchase my vehicle) Ms Shans directed me to Danny Boye who continued the excellent service. Mr. Boye presented a no pressure environment making sure that I was comfortable every step of the finance process. We bought a nice certified pre-owned 2011 Honda Odyssey. The car was in very good condition (obviously, it should be as it is a certified pre-owned) and also the price was great!! Though, the price in their own website was little bit higher than the price listed in Autotrader.com website, they honored it and gave for the later price. Jamie Vasco patiently clarified all our doubts regarding the price calculations. Danny O. Boye was a very nice guy!! He explained everything about the car. Levie Frank explained clearly about the car financing and other un-covered packages like GAP coverage, other warranties etc., The basic point about Planet Honda is that, though you make a purchase or not, atleast they know how to respect their customers!!!
