Poor management I purchased my vehicle late Friday night and the dealership got a denial from the bank on the next Tuesday. They did not call me and ran my credit 3 x I purchased my vehicle late Friday night and the dealership got a denial from the bank on the next Tuesday. They did not call me and ran my credit 3 x on that Tuesday. I only found out through a letter a week later. At this point I had to go to my bank who approved the loan. Once my bank approved the loan the dealership couldn't even send the right paperwork with the correct numbers. I would not recommend to anyone. Not one accommodation from the dealerahip for the worry and headache the caused myself. So unprofessional. More
