After a few short minutes at this dealership with this salesperson, I felt at ease. Danny was knowledgeable and low key. I felt like I was the one in more of a rush. When I told him I wanted to sleep on my choice of vehicle, he didn't pressure me. I was the one who offered to leave a deposit to hold the car. I met one of the sales managers who was equally low key and pleasant to deal with. I got the sense that the owner of this dealership is someone who really enjoys having a quality operation with a fantastic inventory of really nice vehicles at fair prices. Since I have credit issues, I was pleasantly suprised that getting approved was fairly simple. I would gladly recommend this dealership and my salesperson Danny Quintana. More

I drove in to Benz and Beemers to look at a BMW Z4 that I'd been drooling over online. I had a old Mustang convertible that I'd been having a lot of mechanical issues with and let them know I wanted to do I'd been drooling over online. They looked it over and gave me 1,500 more toward my trade than the car was worth. I also went in already ready for financing through USAA which has extremely low rates for their members. I wanted a very low payment since I'm a teacher with a lot of student loans to pay off; I had a very strict maximum payment (on the low side) that I needed to stick to. With the help of the manager, the sales team got creative and I was able to come in under that payment WITH a warrenty AND 4.5% financing. There was also a slight repair that needed to be done on the car (windshield seal replacement) that they're going to take care of right away. Jr, and the rest of the team that helped me were extremely friendly, helpful, and made the transaction very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for a top-of-the-line used car! More

I dreaded car shopping but my husband wanted to go look at cars and insisted I go along. I was not in a very good humor when we arrived at the dealership. We went in and looked at their car and loved it. They drove our car. Danny took us to meet Frank, finance and he told us his car was online price. Our trade in was close enough. We told him to write it up and filled out some simple forms. Went in to sign all the documents with the 3rd person, I think his name was Chris. They were all friendly, delightful to be with people. They finished it all promptly and we took our things from old car and loaded new car and drove off happy and smiling. More

He made the whole process relaxing and easy going. Lee, eliminated the back and forth bargaining that is usually done at other dealers, and made the process quick and professional. I also encounter Trevor who assisted in the financing of the car. He explained all my options and made his process seamless. The customer service that all 3 of them exhibited was impeccable.
