My experience at Al Piemonte Nissan was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I definitely felt like I was there family of how nice they all treated me. Made me feel special when I said “YES” to t was very friendly and helpful. I definitely felt like I was there family of how nice they all treated me. Stopped by to look at used cars and sales manager offered me a trade in value for my vehicle. I did not like the selection at that moment. When I returned a different day to purchase, sales manager would not me a trade in value for my vehicle. I did not like the selection at that moment. When I returned a different day to purchase, sales manager would not honor trade in value originally given just a few days ago. Actually lowered trade in value it by $500 which was disappointing!! Also said that I will be getting $500 off the retail price but no where on the sales invoice was there a discount. When asked the finance manager about the discount, he explained that it is being discounted in a different category where they’re able to apply it without mitigating their purchase price. Regardless of how they play with the numbers, the final cost should reflect what was promised. In this case it was not! Nonetheless, I was tired of car shopping and really liked the car so I purchased it regardless of not getting the $500 discount because the internet price was still reasonable. A benefit of buying with A.P. Nissan, is the free oil changes for 3 years!! Staff there is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I would recommend to visit and try. More
