Disappointed. Forest Park Jeep dealership had my car for 4 days and they never called to give me an update until i reached out to see what was going on. It wasn't Forest Park Jeep dealership had my car for 4 days and they never called to give me an update until i reached out to see what was going on. It wasn't until then i was informed they ran my car for 10 minutes on the 2nd day they had it and since no dashboard lights/emergency signals went off they couldn't determine what the issue was but decided to just let my car continue to sit there for another 2 days without notifying me they weren't going to service my car. Worst customer service! More
