No matter the reason for bringing in my car for service I have always been pleased with the service department. This is my second volkswagen that I've owned and the first was used and this one is new. I boug have always been pleased with the service department. Danny has been amazing to work with and has always looked out for me and my vehicles. He always keeps me updated as they work on my car and before performing any service on my car he checks in with me first to inform me of what the next step is and cost. Truly blessed to have Danny and Volkswagen of Ocala in my corner. More
