I've been dealing with Poughkeepsie Nissan since 2004. I have purchased 5 cars from them over the years. Every experience I have had with them has been outstanding. Tell me they did all the could and me as a customer I’m to picky and all new vehicle have some form or defects or grime, which I disagree with. I believe a new vehicle 6 miles should be spot less and shiny white Pearl. They did tell me to take it back next day to do a deeper clean as they said they did and spots were still on exterior of vehicle as well as it look as thy wipe the interior on my vehicle with cooking oils half xxx and it even rune my wife shirt when she sat down in the seat. There sales manger was rude to me and there detailing center sucks they don’t pay attention to any small detail. Found out what on on my vehicle was rail dust rust and it had to be clay bar and wet sand out then a complete re detailing the right way. I’m a person who care for cars and vacuum and clean my vehicle every day DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM POUGHKEEPSIE NISSAN DO NOT DO NOT STAY AWAY THE SALES DEPARTMENT More
