My purchase from John Elway Cadillac was the best experience as a customer that I've had in my entire life. Jayden and Dante were above and beyond! They knew I was extremely short on time, so had a experience as a customer that I've had in my entire life. Jayden and Dante were above and beyond! They knew I was extremely short on time, so had all of the paperwork ready for me before I arrived to purchase my vehicle. There was absolutely no pressure. They listened to me, knew what I needed and delivered! I have two sisters who have also purchased vehicles from John Elway Cadillac. The three of us are now part of the Elway Cadillac family for life! Thank you, Dante and Jayden for an amazing experience! More

I love the car and I love the sales experience. There were only two negatives. First, the process of paying for the car took far too long and was not as friendly or professional as the sales effo There were only two negatives. First, the process of paying for the car took far too long and was not as friendly or professional as the sales effort. Second, for some reason both the dealership and the auto company did a hard pull on my credit. I would have thought that one would be enough and the two could share. This is not a major issue but it seems an unnecessary act that will now show on my credit report for a full year. Overall though I am very happy with John Elway Cadillac and would be happy to recommend it, albeit with the suggestion that they make sure that the finance department is sufficiently staffed that day and that they ask about the multiple credit pulls. More
