My Ford pickup blew the turbo, AGAIN, on a Saturday afternoon on a New Years Weekend. I couldn’t find a rental or a ride. After reaching out to several dealerships that were about to close that had li afternoon on a New Years Weekend. I couldn’t find a rental or a ride. After reaching out to several dealerships that were about to close that had limited options for a new pickup, a nice gentleman arranged for Daphne at Taylor Auto Max to call me. She personally picked me up (after five o’clock) and tried to make the deal happen, keeping the whole place open after hours. When we couldn’t wrap it up that night, Daphne and Mark Taylor, one of the owners, fought to see who would give me a ride home. Parting with money is almost always painful but they made the process as smooth and quick as possible on a New Years Eve day! Exceptional experience with honest and considerate people I would enjoy having as a neighbor or sitting with in church! More
