My service visit was scheduled about 4 weeks in advance, Oil change and rotate tires. I bought the tires there 5000 miles ago. I was told the new owners were not honoring free rotation since they bought the Oil change and rotate tires. I bought the tires there 5000 miles ago. I was told the new owners were not honoring free rotation since they bought the dealership. I have a real issue with that is why I bought them there so I could get my oil changed and tires rotated at the same time. I want to shop local but I can go some where else. On top of the tire issue I had a 8 am appointment, got there at 7:24. My truck did not get moved till 8:40. and I finally got out of there at 9:45. in the past took about 45 minutes. New ownership is not going well in my book. More
