I purchased on Juneteenth so the banks were not open to do a cashiers check. So they are taking the car back and not giving the sales person the sale he deserves. They say it’s a “policy”. More

Everyone I have ever encountered at this location has been extremely professional and helpful. My only issue is that the vehicle I purchased does not come with a hardcopy user manual. It appears this is been extremely professional and helpful. My only issue is that the vehicle I purchased does not come with a hardcopy user manual. It appears this is now a thing of the past, and you have to either view it while using the navigation screen in the car or download it from the internet. In my opinion, the full user manual should be standard with all vehicles, particularly since the price of cars is so high. Just my thoughts and probably this is not the only model where this is happening. More

Been going there for 7 years I've always had great service. The staff is always friendly. My only complaint are the TV monitors they hardly ever work or have anything ever interesting on them.
