I had purchased an used car from Wilsonville Toyota in Feb 2024. I had travelled from WA to test drive and purchase the car I was interested in. I had checked in reception and was waiting to be connected to Sales to help me with the purchase. It was a longer wait about 45mins. To be fair, it was a very busy day for them and I had reached much earlier than scheduled appointment. But the front desk could have made it easier by communicating and coordinating better. I had to reach out to internet sales team who were in touch with me quite a few times to get someone spare time for me. That was the only part that I didnt like about the purchase. Once, I was connected to Sales - Darby Sotelo helped me. It was a pleasant, smooth process from there on. Pricing was indeed no bull... priced very aggressive and the buying process was very smooth. It did take a while to close and sign the papers as apparently the Managers were reviewing each sales and there were quite a few on that day. 5 stars to the Sales (Darby Sotelo), Car price and the buying experience..4.5 stars to the overall experience because of the wait time both prior to connecting with the Rep and during the closing process. But having said that, I am satisfied customer and will do business with again. More
