I had not bought a new or used vehicle at a dealership in 46 years. My old car was a 1998 Olds Cutlass. I moved into the 21st century of cars. Darek was very cordial, friendly and great.He explained and showed how everything works, made sure I understood and took time if I didn't quite understand. Jerry explained the electronics and showed how they worked. I was treated well and any issues with the car were addressed and taken care of to my satisfaction. The only thing that didn't change was the sell of extra coverage beyond warranty. That wasn't much of a positive for me, but I understand that. All in all I had a real good and pleasant experience.
