There was never any pressure, and the entire experience felt professional and customer-focused. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everyone I worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I truly appreciate the level of service I received and the effort that went into making this a positive experience. It was a pleasure working with Derek K and Cesar N. It was the first time at Raymond Chevy. They took their time explaining everything. Listening and answering our questions as well. After I bought a car I noticed that the roof was pushed in around the antenna. When I had it in for service I pointed out. They got right on it and gave me a loner vehicle. When I asked the service pers in around the antenna. When I had it in for service I pointed out. They got right on it and gave me a loner vehicle. When I asked the service person what would have caused it he said probably a car wash. I said that I haven't washed it yet. His exact word were that this is our problem and not your problem. I have never had such wonderful service from a dealership. More
