They follow-through on what they promise and everyone we dealt with made the experience positive. We bought a couple of cars 4 years ago which was a fine experience. But our recent experience far surpassed that. I believe they have a new general manager and the difference is palpable. We especially appreciated Darek's easygoing and informative approach. He knows the products well, and was very helpful without being pushy or aggressive. Darek spent hours with us, and was happy to have us test drive as many vehicles as we wanted to. Brent, the sales manager, was also very personable and direct. London and Tom, the finance managers we worked with were patient, helpful and clear in their explanations. We bought three cars from this team in a month and had the same experience each time. Will definitely go back when its time for another Honda. More
