Would not recommend this dealership if you are out of state It almost seemed like they didn’t want my business. I was giving them a guaranteed sale, but right away they were unorganized and inconsiderate. I was It almost seemed like they didn’t want my business. I was giving them a guaranteed sale, but right away they were unorganized and inconsiderate. I was driving four hours to them to buy this vehicle being from out of state. Darian, my car salesmen, had very poor communication skills and did not help in the slightest. Instead made excuses about his poor communication skills. Only when I got a hold of Don Patterson, in finance, was I able to progress in my paperwork. When I got to the dealership they had great customer service, but again. Darian was very unorganized and had nothing set up. Would not recommend going to this dealership. More

Out of state I came from Iowa to buy a used car and we had to drive up three times because they wouldn’t take an out of state check unless it was a cashiers check I came from Iowa to buy a used car and we had to drive up three times because they wouldn’t take an out of state check unless it was a cashiers check and if we used a credit card we would be charged like 3% after $3,000 which is ridiculous. Also the second time we drive up we noticed that a part of the car wasn’t working correctly so we had to come up another day because they had to fix it before we could purchase the vehicle More

Great Service Bought a vehicle from Darian and Cavan online. I live out of state (Texas). They made everything right the first time. Flew in the night before, Daria Bought a vehicle from Darian and Cavan online. I live out of state (Texas). They made everything right the first time. Flew in the night before, Darian picked me up from hotel and brought me to the dealership. They knew I had a long drive home and they took care of everything before I got to the dealer.
