I trust Honda of Sarasota to service our 2020 Honda Pilot professionally and believe Darin Meyer does an excellent job in representing the dealership. Very happy with him. What I'm not happy about is the a professionally and believe Darin Meyer does an excellent job in representing the dealership. Very happy with him. What I'm not happy about is the application of a credit card fee that is added to my bill. This is not explained up front and should be absorbed by the dealership as a cost of doing business. In addition, having the windshield replacement come-on every time I visit Honda of Sarasota is annoying and is a scam. It doesn't reflect well on the dealership. More

While there, the service was great. After I left, HORRIBLE! I got my oil changed for my trip back to Michigan. Got about 30 miles away from Sarasota and the. bottom fell off my car on After I left, HORRIBLE! I got my oil changed for my trip back to Michigan. Got about 30 miles away from Sarasota and the. bottom fell off my car on highway. It drugged on the highway for a mile and a half until I could get off the highway. Had to call somebody to come fix it. $125. He put it up and it will now need to be replaced when I get my next oil changed. Another. $$$$$. All could’ve been prevented had the screws been put in right! Made my first part of my trip extremely stressful! And I had to spend money I wasn’t prepared to spend More

Thoruough, professional and courteous. Darin was very proactive and understood what I was trying to get done with the car.
