Darin is the best. My issue wasn't resolved. It is a rattle/vibration that could not be replicated. Darin really did attempt to find and resolve the issue. Since my vis My issue wasn't resolved. I could hear the vibration the entire trip. It is just frustrating that the issue could not be replicated during my service visit.
