We had a great experience buying a slightly used RAV4 with Darin Wald. He was very knowledgeable and laid back, just fun to talk with while test driving and figuring out which trim level we wanted. There was a delay taking delivery because of a title transfer issue, and Darin arranged for us to use a really nice new Camry in the meantime, definitely above and beyond. Looking forward to using their service department for maintenance, seems like a well-oiled machine.
