My family and I have bought from Joe for the past 14 years and the past 5 years with Dario. This is my third Nissan and there are many reasons why I keep going back to them. They understood my needs and honored my requirements and/or requests (within means, of course). I never felt pushed, but they definitely new what I wanted and what I liked. However, it did not stop with the sale.. they took care of me after I bought my car with a couple of issues I noticed a day later; not major issues. They got me in right away with the service department, fixed the problem and it was no cost to me. I appreciate when a dealership and their staff does not view a transaction as just a sale, but rather to make the sale and to make sure that customer keeps coming back with impeccable service and attention to details. I would recommend Martin Nissan, Dario Cardella and Joe Zich any time I know someone is in the market for a new vehicle!! More

Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had I couldn't recommend Martin Nissan more if I wanted to. As someone who has purchased several vehicles in the last few years, I have seen it all. From I couldn't recommend Martin Nissan more if I wanted to. As someone who has purchased several vehicles in the last few years, I have seen it all. From slimy salespeople to shady "managers", I have had my fair share of nightmares. This experience was the absolute opposite. Dario was very knowledgeable about the car he was trying to sell us, showed us many different options based on our wants/needs and he and Joe worked very hard to make a very challenging deal work for both sides. Once, it was time to get all paperwork signed, Samantha made sure she explained everything in detail and never pressured us to purchase any add on service or product that we did not want. At no time did we ever feel pressured and drove away highly satisfied. I will recommend Martin Nissan and the awesome people that we worked with to anyone who may be considering a vehicle purchase. More
