We don't buy cars often so really value a good experience. Dario Cardella was helpful, not aggressive, knowledgeable and engaging. We know Dario through friends but had never worked with him before. It was a pleasure to go through the process with him. This car is for our children so it was important to us that we understood everything possible with the car today and in the future (we tend to keep cars for a good long time; the last two we replaced with in excess of 130,000 miles). Dario handled everything well. And further, Samantha Ingles, who handled all the paperwork, was great to work with too. We like extended warranties and she explained them well and found us the right one for our profile. Overall a very nice, valuable experience which has not always happened when we have done this in the past. More

They were farther than we would have normally traveled, but I can say, it was definitely worth it! It's a pleasant atmosphere, and everyone is friendly. Our sales person, Dario, was especially nice, courteous & knowledgeable, and worked with us to get us the best deal on the car we selected. How nice it was to buy a car at a dealership that showed they care about the customer! The car was clean, in great shape & low mileage. We are very happy with it! The transaction was smooth. I have been dealing with Martin Nissan for a few years now and it has been quite a great experience as it relates to purchasing vehicles, service, cus I have been dealing with Martin Nissan for a few years now and it has been quite a great experience as it relates to purchasing vehicles, service, customer service, etc. A couple of weeks ago I spoke with Dario Cardella on the phone about possibly trading-in my 2013 Nissan Rogue for the new 2015 Rogue. However, I got busy and didn't schedule a time to go in and make the deal or at least discuss making the deal. In the meanwhile, however, I noticed that it was time for my 2013 Rogue to be serviced with an oil & filter change; so I went in to have it serviced. While talking with David in the service department, Dario pops up smiling broadly as usual. He'd noticed that I had scheduled service for the 2013 Rogue and took this opportunity to continue our trade-in conversation. What I really appreciated was that I didn't feel harassed! I'd told Dario what I wanted, what I didn't want, and what I was or was not willing to do.....He listened to me! So there was no lot of back and forth haggling that sometimes goes on at car dealerships with pushy salesmen. I didn't get that "Let me take advantage of her because she is a woman" feeling. So, I went in to get an oil change on the 2013 Rogue and drove out with a spanking brand new 2015 Rogue! I appreciate the respect and great customer service from Dario, but also from the entire staff that I encountered at the dealership! These folks at Martin Nissan give credence to the term "Customer Service" because they are truly proficient in "Servicing their Customers". If you are in the market for a new vehicle, check out Martin Nissan in Skokie and ask for Dario. He will listen to you and not try to oversell or talk you into a vehicle or a deal that you are not comfortable with. More

Nice Place I bought a new car all of the guys were great. I had gone to a few other dealers before going here the other places I felt like I was being held hosta I bought a new car all of the guys were great. I had gone to a few other dealers before going here the other places I felt like I was being held hostage and couldn't leave. Not here at Martin and they worked very hard to get my financing right and gave me a fair trade in for my old Jeep. Oh and one of the pest parts was after dealing with much less than perfect dealers we came here and was treated to a fantastic BBQ. Thank you so much for everything! More

We got there about forty five minutes before closing time because we got a little lost. Never once did Dario rush us through the process or act like he was bothered. He explained everything very thoroughly about the car we were there to see and took us for a test drive. My boyfriend and I loved the car right away and Dario could see this so he made sure we were able to check everything out. He also made the paperwork very painless and always kept talking with us. He was more like a friend not just a salesman. I appreciate this a lot since I am in sales myself. He has called to thank me and follow up with me to make sure I was happy, which I appreciate as well. I would also like to say that the financing manager Samantha was great. She was patient and very kind, and also followed up with me as promised the next afternoon. Both Dario and Samantha were very professional and great at their jobs. I thought the dealership was very clean and just had an overall welcoming feeling. I would highly recommend shopping for a car at Martin Nissan and asking for Dario!!!!!
