Horrible! Dario my salesperson is a 5 Star *****, Robert my financial closer is a 5*****, the rest of the system is a horror! Finding the car was easy, then Dario my salesperson is a 5 Star *****, Robert my financial closer is a 5*****, the rest of the system is a horror! Finding the car was easy, then you sit and wait and wait and wait in the most uncomfortable chairs ever made. When asked about this wait, there is no explanation given, but I later found out it's because the paperwork goes upstairs to financial and they're in absolutely no hurry to get things done!!! After 5 hours of waiting, sitting and walking around I noticed a man with paperwork in his hand. He stops and starts chatting with coworkers as if he has all day! After another 15 minutes my friend and I get up to leave at which point he addresses me at the door and says I have your paperwork are you still interested in the car! xxx, do you think I would waste an entire day if I wasn't still interested! Paul Schwab (no relation) is an arrogant, rude, individual who finds lying easy! As he tells me that the only creditor checked was Capital One for 8.9% interest, my phone is clicking from Experion, Am. Ex and Discover that my credit is being checked by another 6 banks. After being lied to and treated with disrespect and condescension, my friend and I left to return the next day to finish. The following morning, I went to Bank of America and was approved for and received a loan at 5.9% interest. We returned around 11:30 the next day to finish this process using my approved loan with BOA and yet again, this is going to take hours. We left with the agreement that we would give them the necessary time to complete their end and paperwork and we would return in 3 hours. I called prior to going back up and was told to take another few hours!!!!!! So, at 6pm we arrived back and had to wait another 45 minutes for the paperwork to be handed down to Robert. I originally wrote a negative review giving Dario and Rober 5 stars, giving a scathing review of Paul but did stat that I would recommend Off Lease as I believe there is a good deal to be had. However, I did warn that the wait is unreasonably long. 2 weeks later I received a call from Off Lease offering me $100 to give them 5 stars and write a better review. Well, at that time I accepted because it's not good to be negative. This morning changed everything. I received a call from Mark Edwards who is the financial director; he advised me that he received a letter from Bank of America requesting my last pay stub???? xxx, why would they notify Off Lease as I didn't get my loan with their help? So, I went through all of my emails, and I wasn't notified 3 weeks later that my bank now needs my last paystub. So, I went in and asked my lender who told me NO, it would not be required Now and Off Lease would not be notified only I would. Looks like Off Lease wants to get credit or a kick-back for approving my loan!!! I have requested a copy of that letter which has not been sent as of this review. And if that is what they're trying to accomplish; that would be considered fraud! Just guessing! More
