Mr. Lane was friendly, helpful and persistent. The deal could have been made a week prior but management wouldn't negotiate till it was the very end of the month. I'm sure they needed the sale since it was the end of the month and the 27's will be out soon. The dealer add on fees are ridiculous and I was ready to buy a new vehicle in Tampa, (which is where I was headed that day), with no dealership fees. I had already been in contact with a salesperson and had negotiated a deal for a 2026, same truck with a few more options. Mr. Lane called as I was waiting on my friend to drive me down so that I wouldn't have to wait for delivery, which was free. Landrover management had finally come down to my offer. I still thought about going to Tampa as it was a 2026 rather than a 2025. Decided to make the deal here rather than in Tampa, mainly due to Mr. Lane's persistence in trying to get the sale. Overall, the purchase went through quickly, my bank took the longest amount of time. While the dealership offered to re-run everything, I did not want to go that route. After having the worst experience with the Mercedes dealership in Gainesville, it was a breath of fresh air to work with the team at Land Rover. Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. This is a nice dealership that offers a lot of perks when buying a car from them. The sales manager is professional, knowledgeable, and keeps his word. A very professional, knowledgeable, and kind team. Darion is awesome! Everything went smoothly with our purchase earning them five stars. However, we purchased used and with inspecting our Range Rover Darion is awesome! Everything went smoothly with our purchase earning them five stars. However, we purchased used and with inspecting our Range Rover, we noticed light scratches on the back passenger door and a few other things that they fixed with-in a couple days. Having given us a loaner and driving our newly purchased R. Rover directly to our home, we re-inspected the areas we pointed out and noticed the area with light scratches now has a deep, long scratch on it that they have refused to fix. It wasn't there before and we certainly did not do it since the car was not in our possession. Would I go back? Yes...... More
