Had a very good experience purchasing my latest vehicle here. I was an out state buyer and they had a vehicle I was really looking for in a broad area (~200 mile radius), and they had the vehicle in best c here. I was an out state buyer and they had a vehicle I was really looking for in a broad area (~200 mile radius), and they had the vehicle in best condition and value for the price. Was worth the drive out there. No pushiness, treated respectfully and had pleasant interactions, negotiation was firm but fair, and in the end they considered my budget needs to close the deal. The titling and registration was taking longer than usual due to Covid delays, but they helped me resolve the issue and stayed engaged even a month after my purchase. Big shout out to Dave Kazarian for his excellent customer service and attention to detail when addressing customer needs. More

This dealership is a joke. Majority of the employees are very unprofessional. Dana Grande the client relations manager is not doing her job well. Rude and not helpful. I went to this dealership today and Marcin Z. helped us pick out a new Honda CRV. He took great care of us and made sure we found the perfect car. He wasn’t pushy and worked with us to get us a good price pick out a new Honda CRV. He took great care of us and made sure we found the perfect car. I highly recommend this dealership and Marcin to anyone looking for a new car. And also, we had very pleasant interaction whit Mr. Dariusz Senkow who is most, in our experience, knowledgeable finance person. Overall we felt like we are dealing whit family members. My mother and I purchased New 2018 Honda Accord EXL from here. We didn't noticed the car had major body panel gaps because it was dark. When we brought the car in the Dealership blamed us at first that mayb here. We didn't noticed the car had major body panel gaps because it was dark. When we brought the car in the Dealership blamed us at first that maybe we damaged the vehicle at first. But than the regional manager inspected the car and took it in for a fix up. Even though they took it in for 2 or 3 times, till this day it still looks like the car was in a accident. Because of the hustle the regional manager offered us few free accessories. We decided to go with prking sensors, and it took McGrath City Honda Service over a month to install them because they messed up front and rear bumpers drilling the holes for the sensors. They had to order new ones and get them painted where its not manufacture paint nor put together. Been almost 2 years now and the paint started to chip off from front and back. Even though i been advised by a service manager that it has lifetime warranty for the paint, few days ago i been told otherwise. Not only the same Dealership sold me a faulty Vehicle, but the service of the same dealership made it worse. Me and my family will never purchase Honda automobiles ever again as we used to. Their vehicles might have long lasting engines but when it comes to service and body of the vehicles, it went down. And Honda dont want to take responsibility for their mistakes. More
