Darla Muckley continued the excellent service by taking the time to show me how to best utilize all the many features within my car. Everything went smoothly. Pleasant and friendly people People are there to serve the customer, and they enjoy doing it. Little pressure to buy, although I had asked not to be contacted. "Love-Encore" Delivery I listed the reason for this visit as "service", but it's really a follow-up to answer questions after using your new vehicle for a couple of weeks. I listed the reason for this visit as "service", but it's really a follow-up to answer questions after using your new vehicle for a couple of weeks. My new Forester's manual is only slightly smaller than the Encyclopedia Britannica but much harder to use, so "Love-Encore" Delivery is a good idea. New cars have some wonderful features but they aren't very useful if you don't understand them. Darla was very patient & took all of the time necessary to answer our questions and also offered some suggestions about topics we hadn't even considered. She realized that some of this information "went in one ear and out the other" (in my case, anyway) and made sure that we knew how we could contact her with further questions. This is a good program for Tucson Subaru and Darla has the knowledge and personality to make it successful. Totally satisfied with this experience! More
