Traci Robert’s handled the paperwork and we were all fast friends, paperwork was a breeze. We came back after purchase for protectant application and Mike caught us and we had a great conversation. My relationship with Tucson Subaru began in 2007, when I would bring my 2001 Outback (purchased in 2001 in Denver) for service, and it continues to the present day. My 2024 Forester Premium is the fourth Subaru I have purchased or leased through Jack McVey at Tucson Subaru. Both during the test drive and after the sale, he gave me an excellent orientation to the controls and features, as well as helping me transfer all of my possessions from my Crosstrek to the new Forester outside on a cold, dark, and windy night. I have referred a number of friends to Jack, and he has provided the same helpful and enjoyable experience to them. He is always helpful and gentlemanly, and a pleasure to deal with. In fact, it took him six years of low-key conversations while I was having my 2001 Outback serviced before he made his first sale to me! His gentle persistence and unfailing courtesy and professionalism finally persuaded me to purchase a 2014 Forester, and have kept me coming back over and over again.
