Dropped the car off Friday 11/7 @ 8am for oil change, tire rotation, and a noice when slowly turning the Vehicle to the right. Told Brian the service advisor I would pick it up Friday later afternoon or tire rotation, and a noice when slowly turning the Vehicle to the right. Told Brian the service advisor I would pick it up Friday later afternoon or Saturday morning. As per the camera in my truck the service was completed by 11:52am Friday 11/7..... never received a phone call say the truck was done and what they found. Saturday morning still didn't hear from anyone I called at 10am and the person said brain was off and my truck wasn't done. I said that was unacceptable and she transferred me to another advisor who said I needed a new steering rack... I said how come I wasn't made aware of this yesterday ... she didn't have an answer. I said I was coming to pick the truck up. That's exactly what I did. I was not charged for the oil change due to a previous issue and was not charged for the diagnostics. I believe as a former mechanic the diagnosis to be inaccurate. I am currently looking into a second opinion. More
