First service for my 2019 Ascent I made an appointment for 1:00 pm. When I arrived a new person who I had never delt with greeted me. Asked me about my appointment and assumed I was I made an appointment for 1:00 pm. When I arrived a new person who I had never delt with greeted me. Asked me about my appointment and assumed I was going to pay for the service for some reason. I explained that I have a service plan and she then went inside to look it up on the computer. She seemed very distracted and not focused on the event. She then handed me the wrong form to sign and then printed out a new one. Which I signed, I noticed that my name and car was not on the form and she told me not to worry about it. Not impressed with her interpersonal skills. One of the service writers that I normally deal with came to the lounge and got me to pick up the car. The dis appointment of the car service was added onto by the fact that they do not do a good job on the car wash. The windshield had bug stains on it and they did not clean the bumper very well with several bug marks on it as well. They did a great job with the tires and interior. But the exterior was a mess. Noticed when I got home that the service took 30 minutes and the wash was another 30 minutes. Disappointed with experience because I normally enjoy going to the Subaru dealership. Darlene did a great job, but her new lady in service needs some Subaru service with a smile training and attention to detail. More
