Good luck with car problems if you have a warranty. Gave concerns about what was wrong with my BRZ and was basically over looked and the service staff couldn’t be bothered. I understand that there is a policy in place for all steps to be made on replacing items. Although, when giving your costumers only one options and an unsafe one at that, it just shows that costumer service isn’t really a concern with this establishment. More

When I reported the last time about this fault, they paid special attention and from that moment they made a special follow-up to the breakdown. after a thousand miles of test. the dealer made the change of more than 35 parts of the engine according to the manufacturer's guide for this failure. all this had no charge. and I also had a courtesy car during the 2 days that the car was in service. Be very satisfied with the service and with the measures taken to correct the fault. More

Oil change: 2 hrs. Tire pressure not checked. Car wash 50% 2nd time at this location. 1st time change from inside vehicle was taken. Decided to give the place a 2nd chance after a while and I was going to be 2nd time at this location. 1st time change from inside vehicle was taken. Decided to give the place a 2nd chance after a while and I was going to be in the area. I had a scheduled appointment and was 10 minutes early. The oil change and so called car wash took over 2 hours. My vehicle was “hand washed” in some places. The complete roof was never touched and other parts were completely missed. I used a wet towel and easily removed some spots that clearly stood out. The real concern is that the tire pressure was not checked. 1 day later my tire sensor came on and I thought I had a flat. I stopped at the first tire station and checked all the tires. 27-29-33-35. I filled all the tires to 35 and it’s been a week and all are still 35. Did they even change the oil? Doing my first credit card chargeback in my lifetime. More
