It wasn’t really even about the car, seeing the passion that Darnell had on that video convinced us that we needed to go see him and give him a chance to sell us a car. He listened to what was most important to my wife, and then proceeded to show us options that fit our needs perfectly. After we had picked our car and left, she told me that any car we buy in the future will be from Darnell. Thank you Darnell, we appreciate everything you did to help us and makes us feel comfortable. Amazing customer service We came in 15 minutes before they closed just to see the Highlander model they had in display and we ended up buying one that same night. We had some questions about the models and they answered them right away. Even though they were about to close, they offered us to test drive the different models and to see the ones they had in stock. We did not need a test drive because we had already tested them a couple of months before. Darnell Lark asked us showed us their inventory and when they did not have the exact model and color we were looking for, Darnell and Markiss Stone did their magic and found us the exact one we were looking for at another dealer and they gave us a good price too. We had a really bad experience that same day at another dealer and Darnell and Markiss' attitude and customer oriented service was remarkable. Even though we had been already approved for a loan, Bryce Toll found us a better deal and Sam Smith took his time to explain the warranties and additional products and services they provided, as well as the documents we needed to sign. The atmosphere at the dealer was very relax. They were not pushy at all and treated us like family. They made sure we had a great experience and we did. Thank you guys. Kudos to all of you! More

very pleasant and easy experience We were wanting to trade our Sienna van for a newer, safer one. We were contacted by Darnell Lark and I met with him the next morning. They had 2 vans that met our needs and I test drove both, It was pouring rain all day and Darnell was very kind and tried very hard to keep me warm and dry. Once the decision to purchase was made, Darnell made the process easy and answered every question I had accurately and thoroughly. I then met with Bryce Toll to complete the transaction. He also made me feel appreciated and well informed about the purchase we were making.
