He answered every single question and was very patient. He was not pushy at all and at no time did he give off that I was wasting his time. Even when I changed my mind about a vehicle, in the middle of the process, and wanted a different one, Stephen's main concern was that I was comfortable and sure about my purchase. Awesome experience! We came to white Allen on Saturday 11/18 and the Truck we wanted was sold. I called back and talked to Steve Bowling. He assured me that he could find We came to white Allen on Saturday 11/18 and the Truck we wanted was sold. I called back and talked to Steve Bowling. He assured me that he could find the truck I wanted. He worked all day Saturday the 18th and got back with monday 11/20. He found the perfect truck for us and we picked it up Tuesday 11/21. Everything I wanted in one visit! The 1st thing I noticed about this dealership is how well they treated me when I walked into the door. I visited quite a few dealership in the past co The 1st thing I noticed about this dealership is how well they treated me when I walked into the door. I visited quite a few dealership in the past couple weeks. I already knew that the truck I was looking for is not in any dealership that I visited but only White Allen took the time to find the truck. They were extremely respectful to me the whole time I was there and listened to exactly what I wanted in the truck. Not only did they find the truck but drove states away to get it. They picked up my truck on a weekend and I was ready to pick it up on Monday. The worst part about buying a vehicle is going through finance. The finance man found me a good interest rate 1 point lower that I could find and a lower monthly payment with less months. I have gotten quite a few vehicles and this is the only time I can ever say I enjoyed the dealership completely from Roger the salesman to finance with Darold. Would I recommend going there for a vehicle? Yes this would be my first place I would go without a doubt! More

Client service is remarkable, everything from our initial visit all the way to them placing the keys in our hand has been nothing short of amazing. Today we walked out the door with a brand new Traverse! We worked with Kevin Hollingsworth who made learning about all the features and benefits of this awesome car so easy.
