Quick, no pressure sale I went to three different dealerships in search of a 2017 Kia Optima SX with launch package and maroon interior. Laurel was by far my best experience. I went to three different dealerships in search of a 2017 Kia Optima SX with launch package and maroon interior. Laurel was by far my best experience. I spoke with Darrel Lewis weeks before I actually made the purchase and he understood my situation (just returned to MD, closing on house, couldn't buy right away) and didn't try to push me in anyway. I even showed up unannounced to test drive the car and he was very accommodating. Never pushed me to make a sale. Totally laid back personality and answered all my questions. Great experience and would highly recommend. More

He was good We had a great experience buying our new Kia Sorento and we don't usually say things like that. Darrel was nice and very professional. He was good at listening to what we wanted in a vehicle and what we wanted to pay. We felt like he really cared about his customers. We found the Kia Sorento that had all the features we wanted and agreed to a fair price. My husband really dislikes being in a car dealership for hours filling out all of the paper work when we purchase a vehicle so the next day Darrel guided us to doing the pre approval on line and basically had all of the paperwork ready when we came to pick up the vehicle. We financed through Kia and a gentleman named Jamal, went over that with us. He was very nice and professional too! They made going through the paper work easy and painless. We signed the paperwork, and Darrel showed us all of the features in our new car. We drove away Happy Customers in a spotless new car with a full tank of gas More
