Upon arrival at the dealership, Darrell was congenial and comprehensive in his approach and I did not feel pressured by his style of interaction. During our discussion, he introduced me to Steve, another professional with a calm demeanor. Although the car of my choice was not on the lot, prior to my departure that day, arrangements were made to acquire the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. From my very first point of contact with Darrell, he was helpful and attentive, and from my perspective, all of the steps required from purchase to delivery of my vehicle were accomplished with ease. I am very happy with my new Subaru and my experience at the dealership was pleasant because Darrell and Steve are not "pushy salesmen just interested in a sale". More
