Came in with a question, left with a new car I already had an existing lease, and came to the dealership to ask a couple questions about the end of my lease (about 4 months left). Darrell and I talked briefly about my current lease and my concerns and what I would like to do. After a test drive, of a car I thought I wanted, I realized it wasn't the right fit for me. We walked around the lot and found a couple options I loved. I asked Darrell if we could run numbers so I know what I'm looking at. Darrell had the numbers worked for me keeping inline with everything I asked. That made the decision easy for me. The icing on the cake for me was that Darrell and Bill both were there after closing to finish everything up for me and make sure I was satisfied and all set to go. From start to finish Darrell was completely upfront and easy to work with. He was in no way pushy or leading and listened to everything I asked for. More
