I definitely shopped around for a new lease at other dealerships other than Chevy, saving Myrtle Beach Chevy for last dealer to look at the 2017 models. Sorry I wasted my time shopping around, because Myrtle Beach Chevy knew what they had to do to continue our relationship! Salesman Darrell Gibson made another car deal from Myrtle Beach Chevy a smooth, no hassle, up front, and all around pleasure to deal with. My opinion, Darrell Gibson is a good friend of mine, not just any car salesman you find at a dealership! More

We were interested in My wife and I went looking for a new car for her. We visited many dealerships as well as speaking to those who were hours away. We were interested in the new Cadillac CT6, one of GM's newer models. We also had a car we wanted to trade in and we're hoping for the best deal. At Myrtle Beach Chevrolet and Cadillac we met Darrell Gibson and we told him what we were looking for. HE showed us his inventory but my wife was looking for a certain color and interior. Darrell said he could check the area inventory and once he found it he said he could have it in a day. We discussed our trade in and after a painless negotiation he gave us what I thought was a very fair trade in value, better than most but not all. What he did give us was a feeling of fairness, not one of being taken to the cleaners. Once we agreed on the price he made the paperwork process simple and easy. He knew our time was limited so he took care of most of it himself and all we had to do was sign a few papers when we came to pick up the car. Nice and simple process. On the day we picked up the car we met Bill Basile who handled all the paperwork for payments and MV documents another easy and painless experience. Darrell went through many of the features of the car and said anytime we have questions once we start using the call just give him a call or stop by and he would be happy to help. He gave us a tour of the Service and Parts areas as well as the waiting area. My wife and I were very happy with this shopping experience and would highly recommend it to our friends. This management should be very proud of their employees. From what we saw they put CIusomer Satisfaction high on their list. More

Pull a nail, came home with a new Chevy Cruze. We were sad to fund a nail in the tire of our old vehicle. We were near Myrtle Beach Chevrolet so we drove in to the dealership to see if they could h We were sad to fund a nail in the tire of our old vehicle. We were near Myrtle Beach Chevrolet so we drove in to the dealership to see if they could help us. The nail was removed with no damage to the tire. We thought we'd take a look at the cars on the lot. We were greeted by a salesman, Steve Ryan. He got called away, so we asked if Darrell Gibson, who had helped us before on a previous purchase, was available. He was! And he was eager to help. He was very friendly and helpful, showing us what was available. We eventually settled on a sweet 2016 Cruze. We were able to get a great deal with the help of Paul Rodriguez and Tony Madden, the finance manager. They got it cleaned up and now it sits in our driveway! We are thrilled with our purchase and their courtesy and service today! Thank you, Darrell and Myrtle Beach Chevrolet. More
