He directed us to Mr. Darrell Gibson and this was the start of our journey. I had a good experiance buying car at mb chevy I looked up web site and find a kia i was intrested to test drive , next day sales person called and didn't sound excited or energetic at all ,but i w I looked up web site and find a kia i was intrested to test drive , next day sales person called and didn't sound excited or energetic at all ,but i was so made an appointment for next day 9 am . On my appointment time he was not ready at all to show me a car i was intrested at . I found a kia on the lot and took him to it ,but he didn't have keys so he left to get a key while i wated out side then he had no info about the car ,i pulled the paper on windshiel and read it . At this time i was ready to test drive kia but could not get out because of fed ex truck was u loading and our narrow way was blocked so waited for a while there. All these took about an hour which could be avoide if sale person was prepered for 9 am appointmet and had key sready and car up front ready to drive. After test drive he could not give me any info and i had to leave to go to work so i left .next day i called he was off for next 3 days , i did give another visit to chevy because my last 2 prior cars i purchesed them at chevy so mr darrell gibson welcome me outside and he was very profecianal, knowledgeble,and helpfull to all my qouestions . I like to thank mr darrell for his energy and time. He has 5 star for sure. More

One of the greatest things about dealing with these folks was they seemed to have my interest at heart. Darrell didn't push or rush me and treated me as though he had no one else to deal with but me. He worked to get me the best discount and I feel privileged be to have him working with my wife and me. Charles, the "finance guy" was friendly and non-pushy (is that a word?). Both he and Darrell explained what it meant to have a "Certified used car" and they were very helpful. I originally started looking at a new car but decided I liked one of their used cars better so that's what I bought. More
