He presented an offer without having verified my credit status or trade in. I hadn't even filled out the application and his offer didn't change once all the paperwork was in and verified. And even when it got complicated due to my lease not being completed, he kept his word and exceeded my goal and expectations for a lower payment and a great looking car. I'm ecstatic and so appreciative that Darrell was our representative. My last visit to a closer dealer left me disgusted. It was worth the drive! He was very personable and never once discouraged me from getting what I wanted or needed. I highly recommend him. More

New Car After researching Kia, Toyota and Honda, my wife and I decided to look more closely at Honda's. I made a few inquiries online and received prompt attention from Darrell Pork. He gave me different quotes on the CR-V's that we were interested in. We finally decided this past Sunday to purchase one if we got the right deal. I was quoted a best price by Darrell on a car and he quickly followed it up with a phone call to my wife. He met us there around 11 that morning and showed us some of the CR-V's he had on the lot. We test drove an EX model, but we knew that we were interested in the LX. We loved the car and after we came back we tried to find a blue colored one, but none were in at the time. My wife noticed that the website showed a white one, so Darrell took us to the storage lot to check it out. After locating it, we loved it and took it for a short test drive. Now we were ready to get the ball rolling and even without the best credit, Darrell got us a great deal. All in all, we were at the dealership just a little over 3 hours start to finish and came home with the car we wanted. Much thanks to Darrell and George Habib for all of their help! We would not hesitate to refer Darrell or the Norm Reeves dealership! Thank You! More

Superior Employee I am one of those people that didn't like going to buy a new car. I hate being swarmed by a flock of seagulls. Going to the dealership I had my mind s I am one of those people that didn't like going to buy a new car. I hate being swarmed by a flock of seagulls. Going to the dealership I had my mind set on a certified pre-owned Accord Sport. I had just finished visiting Buena Park Honda and they couldn't help me. As Darrell and I walked over to look at the cars I explained my situation. He showed me a 2015 for $20k and he said he had no problem putting me in that car but he could do me one better and put me into a new 2017 Accord Sport at 1.9% Honda Financing for only $1000 more. Being sceptical I told him my credit situation and how I was upside down on my current car He understood and educated me on my options. After our brief conversation I was sold on buying a new car. They paid off my old car and the payment and finance was exactly what I wanted. The process was streamless and I was a reborn car buyer not afraid to come to a car dealership (as long as it is Norm Reeves). Not only has Norm Reeves received a customer for life so did Darrell. I will be telling everyone about my experience and will be back next year to by my wife a new Civic. Norm Reeves... Don't loose this guy. He is an asset to your company. More

My credit is not good to say the least, but when you are dealing with someone who knows his sh** then the impossible is always possible. Make sure you call him and make an appointment. This man is always booked with referrals because he's GREAT!!! More
