Beautiful and spacious layout...modern, advanced tech Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable sales staff Experienced, polite and skilled service staff Accommodating and smiling customer support staf tech Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable sales staff Experienced, polite and skilled service staff Accommodating and smiling customer support staff ===== There are no words. OK, maybe there aren't enough words, to adequately rate NRH as the peerless car-buying and car service experience. Indeed, the 5 stars speak for themselves! Within this small space, I'll invoke the recent Oscars telecast to nominate Darrell Pork as the hardest working, most knowledgeable and approachable, tireless talent in the people business as it relates to finding the car that's just right. Darrell's dogged determination to please the customer is second-to-none and worthy of incorporation into any newcomer's learning curve if the newbie wants to be the best in sales. Congratulations, Darrell...you deserve it! Kudos as well to Paul Manabat for his noteworthy performance as a management exec, #1 in my book, and my hat is off to Ramzi in Finance for the same work ethic. Lastly, I want to acknowledge Bryan Ortiz in the Service Department for setting a peerless example of excellence in such a busy area that's so important to the overall operation. Clearly, Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Cerritos represents the gold standard at all levels...and rightfully so. David More
