Once again another fantastic service experience from Courtesy! I had initially come in for an oil change as well as figuring out the next steps for getting a cracked windshield replaced. Darrell was gre Courtesy! I had initially come in for an oil change as well as figuring out the next steps for getting a cracked windshield replaced. Darrell was great in getting all of the steps handled, as well as helping get the oil changed which is normally only done across the street at Jeep. My service experiences at CDRJ of Superstition Springs are why the next CDRJ product I buy will be through them, and I'll always take my vehicle to them for service. More

One star is too good! I will never go back to this dealership! I signed up online for oil change, tire rotation, rear diff fluid change. Once I pulled in it took 10 minute I will never go back to this dealership! I signed up online for oil change, tire rotation, rear diff fluid change. Once I pulled in it took 10 minutes and 3 different people to tell me I had to drive a mile down the road to the Jeep Dealership for the oil change. I Drive an SRT... Not even sure they used the correct oil and High flow filter the SRT calls for. No other services were performed that were supposed to be done. The Trap door to access my Oil Filter never got put back on and is missing. I am putting this review on all the SRT Club websites for AZ!! should have paid attention !! More

I inherited a 2009 Jeep that wouldn’t pass emissions. I met with Darrell and he was so helpful, gave realistic expectations and timeframes and got us through all the repairs.
