I called and set up an oil change on my 2017 Pacifica. I am disabled and drive from my wheelchair. Never being to this dealership prior, I called to verify they could change my oil. I explained to the girl who answered the phone my issues. After putting me on hold she told me no worries, they can do this So I go in @ 10am, I wait until 1030 no one helping me. I went in the door and a gentleman asked if he could help me. I explained why I was there. He told me to check with the guy outside at a kiosk, which there was no one. Finally @ 11, a gentleman showed up, had me follow him and he filled out all my paperwork and told me they would get on the oil change. After sitting for over an hour, van still in the same spot I went looking for someone to give me a progress report. I was told they only have one bag for my van. Again, I called days ahead of time, I was proactive and still the dealership seemed to not care. I told the gentleman I felt disrespected and would leave reviews on social media. He told me he did not care if I was the president, my van would be taken care when they could. After he left another gentleman came in. We spoke and he went and looked into the issues. The did end up giving me the oil change for free. Yet after almost 3 hours for an express oil change, I'm still disappointed with the dealerships lack of care. More

Thank you for the opportunity to rate the service department. When we arrived Darren was very short and rude with us. We waited for vehicle for a routine pre-paid service interval. The service techni department. When we arrived Darren was very short and rude with us. We waited for vehicle for a routine pre-paid service interval. The service technicians were non English speaking and the management was poor. We have to leave in a loaner vehicle because the the technicians stripped the wheel lug nuts and studs out. We were called in to pick up our car and upon arrival noticed that the lug nuts that were stripped out were different from the one’s that were not stripped. Had to get management involved and overheard an associate in the service department talking about how we should be happy we were not charged. It became a 2 day service with a loaner. Darren was short fused. I had bought 3 cars there and did not expect them to be so unprofessional. We are seriously considering canceling our pre-paid maintenance and taking it to another dealership for my service intervals. I told Darren that I couldn’t wait to receive the dealer rating survey and his response was my survey was not important to them. I gave them a rating on google, then I became important. We took time off of work, to have a recall repair, we were told was at your dealership! After waiting over an hour 1/2, we were told the part was NOT available! Used the fast lane and they did it quickly didn't wait long and it gave me time to look at the new RAM and some of your used trucks. I was surprised no one came out to me . Cape Coral Dodge contacted me about a recall for my Dodge charger, the recall pertained to the airbags.They set up an appointment at nine on a Tuesday. We showed up at the scheduled time and were told it wou charger, the recall pertained to the airbags.They set up an appointment at nine on a Tuesday. We showed up at the scheduled time and were told it would be a few hours. After a few hours, we called to check on the status and were told that it would not be ready. I asked them to call me when it was ready. At end of business day I contacted and they told me it would be ready the next day and they would contact me. The next day came around and nobody had contacted me by 3 PM. I contacted our representative and he assured me that they would get it done and he would contact me. On the sixth day that they had the car the dealership called to let us know they had to take our car seat out to complete the recall, and they noticed there was a camera in the back, if they hadn’t contacted before day six, that leads me to believe they didn’t even start until then. That was the only communication that we received from the dealership. After back-and-forth for eight days, they finally got the issue fixed. No communication back-and-forth, anytime I needed to figure something out I had to call them. And I was without a car for eight days. When I asked them on day four the status I asked about a rental car and why they didn’t offer one from the start. At this point, I could not go get a rental car because they had my car and I was relying on family for transportation. When we picked the car up, they were unprofessional, many of the employees were just sitting around on their cell phone scrolling, it was next to impossible to find anyone to help us. Which is frustrating as there were a bunch of people sitting around on their cell phone that worked there. After finally finding big Mike, who was our representative, he haughtily asked me to sign, no apologies, no explanation. After signing the recall information, he handed me the keys and said do you know where your car is? I told him no and that I would like him to bring the car around. He found a porter and interrupted their scrolling time to go get the car. This whole experience was just sad. I take the car to the dealership where I bought it from which is 30 minutes from where I live because they have always given me good service. I hope that this changes and that this review really makes you think introspectively about your dealership and how you practice business. You left a young family without a car for eight days with no communication, no explanation, and no apologies. We will be purchasing a car in the next couple years for our second vehicle replacement and I will not be returning to this dealership. More
