I was there for an "Express Oil Change" and tire rotation that turned out to be 2 1/2 hours. Firstly, there are no directions when you pull into the express lane. Do I stay in my car? Do I need to go into the shop? Then the price: 160.00?? Ten dollars more got me a free oil change within the next year, but that averages to 85.00. The man who met me and ended with me was nice, but I didn't get his name. Very tan man with a cool Celtic wedding band and tattoo. He was the highlight. Super nice without xxxxxxx up or up-selling. I did miss the nice aromatherapy inside the dealership. Instead, it smelled like urine. It was an average experience overall. More
