What is the point of appointments for a simple oil change if I am still going to have to wait for 2hours plus? Nobody to greet upon entrance, had no idea who to speak to about my appointment. Salesman making the wait area as a shark tank was a nice touch as well. Also, quoted incorrect pricing for oil change and ended up spending more than anticipated which would generally wouldn’t be an issue if it was quick service. Will go to other oil change companies for faster service, only thing that enticed me was a coupon, which was not worth it due to wait time and that fact that I almost paid twice as much as the coupon for just an oil change. The system they have for appointments in the service are a train wreck. There is really no such thing as an appointment. Its all first come first serve, even if you have an appointment. You better show up at 5:00 AM because if you get there 15 minutes early you're waiting in a line of 10-20 cars and they do not honor your 8:00 AM appointment time. You will sit there for hours on end to get a 20-30 minute job done. More
