After I was checked in for a simple oil change the guy left my order in the printer apparently and then told no one about my truck as I sat there and waited over 1 and 1/2 hours until some other service w left my order in the printer apparently and then told no one about my truck as I sat there and waited over 1 and 1/2 hours until some other service writer seen my truck just sitting there for a long time that 'no one knew anything about ' until I asked how much longer all in all I waited over 2 hours for an oil change .
