I came to the dealership already with a car in mind. I planned to pay whatever that was needed for the down payment on the car wanted but due to Oakes financing department they thought that it would be I planned to pay whatever that was needed for the down payment on the car wanted but due to Oakes financing department they thought that it would be good to set me up with getting pre approved for another car without asking me to test drive or eve look at other options around the same price range. Overall I felt like Oakes Kia took advantage of the fact I was a young 1st time car buyer and took advantage to get a high mileage 2019 Ford Fusion off of there car lot. I was also highly upset that they let me believe over the phone that with pre approval along with down payment I would be able to sign and drive when that wasn’t the case whatsoever! More

This was our first new car purchase, our first time even looking at and considering a Kia. Darren was great to work with from the start. I just showed up at 4:30pm on a Saturday, just to look at the interio looking at and considering a Kia. Darren was great to work with from the start. I just showed up at 4:30pm on a Saturday, just to look at the interior of a Telluride. Darren was helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. My wife and I came back Thursday for a test drive, and we were sold. The process from start to finish was smooth and quick. Darren was a joy to work with and made sure we were taken care of the entire process. We are thrilled with our Telluride and amazed at the ease of the process! More
