The overall experience is similar everytime - chaotic, unorganized, I have yet to be able to obtain the same service advisor twice. Read great reviews and traveled 2 hours because I thought it was at least an “typicable” or better Lexus Dealorship. But Overpriced deception! Mislead! Forced to take a loan! Would not take a certified check! Charged for a year old car but given service for a 2 year old car!(after I bought the car!) Salesman unprepared on the things available on the car. 1 key!?!And the key was broken with bottom missing! Otherwise he was a very personable person….too good for this dealership. Sorry I found this dealership! My 5th Lexus and probably my last!!!!! Worst experience ever! Guess they saw a woman coming!!!!!! More

I've known Darren Lusane for a approximately four years and have purchased two new Lexus ES350 automobiles from him. I've found him to be professional, straightforward, diligent, pays attention to detail, and have purchased two new Lexus ES350 automobiles from him. I've found him to be professional, straightforward, diligent, pays attention to detail, follows through, and most importantly, a man of his word. He is pleasant, treats his customers with respect, returns phone calls, texts and emails, and overall makes buying a new car from him a more or less painless experience. I have to add that Darren is anything but the typical new car salesman. If he can do something, he does it. If he can't, he'll tell you right up front it can't be done. He never says one thing on "Sunday" and something contrary on "Monday". I actually trust him when he says something ... which I don't say very often about a car salesman. When dealing with me he has never misrepresented anything which is one of the reasons I sought him out this year when I decided to buy another new Lexus. Yes, in three or four years from now I will seek him out once again when I am ready from another new car. If he is still at Lexus of Pembroke Pines I will see what he and that dealership have to offer. More

Salesman was excellent that day but still has a couple issues with the car that he must resolve…….thinking these things should not have happened. Could have been avoided 1) only 1”broken” key. It Must be replaced…can’t get key out to open glove compartment. 2) was told AFTER signing all papers that I would not Get 3 yrs coverage since my 2024 was2 years old!?!?!?!? no one MENTIONED that when buying what I thought was a 1 year old car. And NOT priced as a 2 year old!! Not 2023. 3). Sales mamager-“Kee” - VERY pushy and would not accept a check for payment but insisted I take a loan!!!!!😱😣. No other options??? I will pay this off immediately! Surely there’s another way?!!! Hopefully my salesman will complete my other issues and I can have a favorable View of this dealership. I could change my total opinion when my issues are corrected With my salesman! More
