Went to Lexus of Wilmington a 2 hr drive from my home to look at cars, I’ve wanted a Lexus for years. As soon as i pulled up Darren Nicholson walked past my car i opened my door and started asking him about look at cars, I’ve wanted a Lexus for years. As soon as i pulled up Darren Nicholson walked past my car i opened my door and started asking him about their inventory he immediately helped us with open arms. He has been my favorite car salesman I ever dealt with, made me and my boyfriend feel super comfortable and kept us laughing. He is so down to earth and no pressure at all. Wish more were like him. We had a great experience at Lexus of Wilmington . Everyone was super friendly but Darren was exceptional. He was kind, helpful and we could tell he had our best interests at heart. He spent way more time with us than anyone should have to, as we had a long shot situation and the entire team worked for hours to get us as close to where we financially wanted to be. Darren got to know us, gave us plenty of coffee, water and candy and kept us company as we waited. He never made us feel like a burden. The whole team made it work for us and Darren even followed up with us the next day. I highly recommend Darren and his team. They made our dream car their mission. More
