He remembered my vehicle when it was on the lot and how much he liked the color combo and the black wheels. When I arrived the next morning and pulled in, he met me at my car, explained how long it would take and directed me to the waiting area. It was done in less time than he said and gave me suggestions for when to have oil changed again. Overall great experience, specifically because of Darren! More

I spelled my name three times and she finally transferred me to the service department. I left a message requesting a callback. The exact same thing happened two days in a row. I was relieved to finally speak to Darren who explained the problem with my car and had it ready for me within a few hours. More
