I scheduled a repair for a Tuesday 6 hour repair, dropped off my truck on Monday night, and was never called on Tuesday as promised. I called and they havent even started it because mechanic got "hung up" on off my truck on Monday night, and was never called on Tuesday as promised. I called and they havent even started it because mechanic got "hung up" on another car. Then they promised it would be done by end of day Wednesday and would call when it's done. No call came in Wednesday and we went to the shop to discuss. They found another "problem" and was having to overnight the part but promised to be done by 12pm Thursday. 245pm on Thursday, I finally get a call saying it's done after no less than 2 1/2 hours of calling and being redirected to FLORIDA. As I was paying for the repair, extra charges was added even though I was given a quote for the repair already. They did adjust the price because I had proof of the quote. More
