Sales did not have the knowledge of or willingness to place the order for my vehicle, I had to go to another (out of county, both ford dealers here treated me the same, I hope the service departments are not following the same poor leadership) dealer for my business that wasted my time. I also received an email from Ford after submitting my request for the build to the dealership that I was able to submit my thoughts on the service from this dealership. Was abandoned by my saleman. Keith and Jeff in Service do a great job keeping my work trucks on the road. All that I came in for was service but your reiview page won't show service people and only presents options for something th trucks on the road.
