I reached out to them to talk about it and they never got back to me. Tri Cities branch reached out to me a couple days later and started insulting me on the phone. Fast forward 5 more days and the Spokane branch asked me to give them a call. I called, they said he was busy and would get back to me. It’s been 5 days and I still haven't heard from them. I’m fortunate this lesson only cost me $300 dollars. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually cares about you. More

We recently purchased a 2006 Acura MDX from Corwin Ford for our 18-year-old daughter. During the test drive, we noticed the steering felt unusually stiff during turns and specifically asked questions about for our 18-year-old daughter. We did not receive a clear answer. Shortly after leaving the dealership, the vehicle began making significant noises during turns that were not obvious during the test drive. We contacted the dealership multiple times by phone and email over several days trying to discuss the issue. When the manager finally returned our call, the conversation was extremely disappointing. Rather than listening to our concerns or showing any willingness to help, he immediately became defensive, accused my husband of lying, and repeatedly stated, “You signed 5 pieces of paper.” We fully understand the vehicle was sold “as is,” and we are not disputing that. What was upsetting was the dismissive attitude and complete lack of professionalism in handling a legitimate concern that arose almost immediately after purchase. We understand older used vehicles can develop problems, but customer service still matters. We came into this purchase excited to buy a vehicle for our daughter, and unfortunately the experience afterward left us feeling misled and disrespected. I would strongly recommend that anyone purchasing a used vehicle from Corwin Ford pay for an independent inspection before signing paperwork. This is the second time we bought from them, but we will not be back. More
