Poor communication from service department.
. had appointment to have my truck diagnosed on a Thursday.. truck was not diagnosed until Friday at 4:30 pm, part was ordered and was told I would be
. had appointment to have my truck diagnosed on a Thursday.. truck was not diagnosed until Friday at 4:30 pm, part was ordered and was told I would be notified when part was in… never received a call, I received a letter that my part was in about one week later. Had to call to schedule appointment for repair, service advisor had no idea my part was in and he stated my ticket had been closed.. they finally repaired my vehicle… also had a clunking noice coming from leaf springs when going over bumps at slow speeds.. problem was “no able to duplicate” provided recorded video of noise when manually pushing on the side of vehicle … they fixed only one side and installed plastic shims to the unaffected side.. overall very poor communication.
