He allowed me to go back and forth between possible choices without pressure to purchase, which was a huge plus. I didn't necessarily plan on it but left the lot with a new (used car, 2013) car and a Great deal. I love my new car. There have been some very minor issues but Darrin has been nothing short of accommodating and has responded promptly to all my questions/ requests (even on his day off)!
