Having had a really bad experience just last May, at a different dealership... buying my car, I had high anxiety knowing I had to do it again. Wow was I impressed with Darrin! He sat us down and listened to what we were looking for. Then took us all over the lot and showed us every Terrain available. He didn't try to sell us on more expensive models or sweet talk us in any way! Once we narrowed it down he came back with fair pricing and we chose the one that matched our needs. It was that simple. I had a 2003 Chevy Malibu for almost 4 years and I wanted to get a new car I was just waiting on the right time to come around. My car had started running sluggish on me and I was just tired of putting more and more money into it to get it fixed. My aunt gave me Darrin's contact info and so I called him and got setup to come in. I was worried while at the dealership because I had just left my job so I was down to one part-time job and my credit isn't that great so I didn't know if I would get approved or not. Luckily with the help of my mom being a cosigner I did get approved and got to drive off in my new car that same day! All I could and still say is BLESSED! More

My situation was a bit unique in the fact that I was not purchasing a car for myself but for an aging parent, on a fixed income, who lived 300 miles away! Armed with must haves, a tight budget, and prayer; Mr. Aden assisted me in finding just the right vehicle for my mom. Driving from lot to lot, Mr. Aden did not stop until we had the right vehicle. The financing and paperwork process went smoothly and Mr. Aden even overnighted (and provided an overnight return envelop) to my mom for signatures. Already impressed by his top notch customer service, Mr. Aden blew my mind the day I came to pick up the vehicle. He said a prayer over me and the vehicle before I drove off the lot to deliver the SUV to my mom. WOW!!! That's when I knew this had been more than a sale to him.
