Stress reliever Indescribable!!! I came in a few weeks ago with a minimum down payment, my credit wasn't great so I wasn't sure that I would leave with anything but w Indescribable!!! I came in a few weeks ago with a minimum down payment, my credit wasn't great so I wasn't sure that I would leave with anything but what I can in with. I was so nervous, Mr Aden picked up on it asking if I was ok. I explained that I was nervous, and his response was " Are you a women of faith" I replied "yes". He said "DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE OR ANYTHING DISTURB YOUR PEACE". After that along with reading reviews of what he'd done for others put me at ease. He told me that he would do everything he could do that I wouldn't have to put my children back into my old car, and he did just that. This was an experience that I will never forget. I will be forever grateful fit his words and hard work... You've gained a customer for life. More

Excellent car and excellent dealer I requested information on a car listed on Cars.com. Darrin Aden answered my request and we started talking. It turned out there was a mix-up on Car I requested information on a car listed on Cars.com. Darrin Aden answered my request and we started talking. It turned out there was a mix-up on Cars.com but Darrin told me that they had an identical car except the mileage was lower and hence, the price would be higher. I did what little analysis was available and told Darrin "if everything is as you say, I want to buy the lower mileage vehicle". Darrin sent me additional pictures and it turned out there was 1 difference, the lower mileage did not have chrome wheels, only aluminum wheels. While that was a deal breaker, I did further research and found chrome wheels that I liked for the car decided to go forth with the picture. I was working in Austin, TX so I flew into Cincinnati on a Friday night. Darrin picked me up on Saturday morning and explained that they had discovered 2 nails in the sidewall on the left rear tire. They had to buy a new tire and had some difficulty finding a new tire that matched what was on the car. They found one at a Tire Distributor in South Cincinnati and we picked it up on the way back from the airport. Got to the dealership and Darrin took the tire to the mechanic that had found the 2 nails and asked that he get it on and balanced as soon as possible because I had to drive back to Texas before Sunday night. While waiting, Darrin asked if I would like to join their morning prayer group. I said yes and we all joined hands (approximately 12 people) and before we stated praying, Darrin informed the group that I had flown in from Texas the night before and I needed safe travel for my trip home. After the prayer, Darrin and I took a shake down cruise for the car and did not find anything wrong. When we returned, Darrin took me to the CFO to take care of the paperwork. We did that and then I just waited until the car was ready to go. Darrin got into the car with me and showed me how to operate some of the features that I didn't have in my other cars and I then embarked on my trip home. After I cleared the Cincinnati traffic, I kicked the cruise control up to about 75 mph and was setting there enjoying the feel of the car and its great suspension (Cadillac CTS Coupe). All of a sudden, a car changed lanes right in front of me going much slower and I had to get on the brakes hard. To my surprise, that set off a bad vibration which felt like a rotor or rotors that were warped. I called Darrin and made him aware of the problem. He said for me to get it addressed and to send him a copy of the bill. I traveled on and got back to my home in Plano, TX at about 1 PM on Sunday. I took the car to Pep Boys and they confirmed that bother front rotors were warped and out of round. They turned both rotors and had the car fixed by Sunday evening at about 4 PM. In the interim, I had decided to fly back to Austin rather than try to make a fast trip on Sunday evening. I sent Darrin a copy of the bill on Monday and he took care of it. All in all, I was treated very professionally and left with a good feeling about Darrin and everyone associated with this dealership. More

The absolute best car buying experience in my life This car buying experience was the absolute best that I have ever had in my life. I felt I was truly buying a car from my family. Although my credit s This car buying experience was the absolute best that I have ever had in my life. I felt I was truly buying a car from my family. Although my credit score may have been in the crapper, you definitely couldn't tell by the overall treatment I experienced from the moment I came in the door until the moment I drove off of the lot. From Darren, his peers, his manager all the way through to the finance guy I couldn't believe how well I was treated. I was actually fitted like you would be in a custom made suit, with a car which I liked, could afford and that would help me rebuild my overall credit. And through the entire process they removed any stress that I felt because of my poor credit score. Darren even ensured that I had a ride to the dealership and if that wasn't enough while a deal was being worked out for me, he presented me with a vehicle to get back and forth to work. Now that is favor, which in lay men's term means when God leans in your direction. I can't say enough about how pleasurable my car buying experience was as a result of Darren and the rest of the team here at Jake Sweeney. I told my entire family both here in the city and across the country about my experience because it was truly that great. I will definitely buy next car from here. Lee Ford. More

The Kelley Blue book provided was the wrong model (not a platinum model), transmission had a issue, drivers seat belt did not work, back captain chairs broken and remotes were said to be $40 when they are 227 from dealer each. Sales man seemed friendly until caught in the lie. He set up his work area with religous stuff to try to remove doubt. They wasted 5 hours of my time and were not willing to negotiate on a car with two previous wrecks, only service was oil changes, and had many issues that would have taken a hour to repair before offering to sell. They do not care about their used products as taking no responsibility to the major issues. Also report inspected but drivers seat belt did not even work. Oh, no gas in the car for a test drive. Avoid this place. More

God is good I went to the dealer with the assumption that I was not going to get a car due to poor credit, no money, and negative equity. I was so wrong!
